澳美铝业丨告别“老兵” — 新年伊始 新设备聚焦新目标

　　澳美检测中心有一台功勋设备，自2006年开厂以来就为生产服役。它操作简单快捷且精度高，在使用的过程中得到良好的维护保养并通过由佛山市三水区计量所提供的年度计量检定，确保使用上稳定达到国家标准的最高级别要求（0.5级）。每年经过这台设备检测的无数产品发往国内外知名客户，验证了产品也见证了澳美的成长。15年过去了，为了更好地服务客户而引进了更先进的设备后，今天要和它告别了，并送上真诚的一声感谢。

　　PMI has an honorable equipment that serve since the factory started in year 2006.It is easy-to-operate but high precision,thanks to good maintenance&the annual metrological verification done by Foshan City Sanshui District Metrological Institute,to ensure the usage stability reach the highest requirement of the National Standard which is 0.5 class.Every year there are countless products been sent to many well-known global customer through this equipment inspection,that testified those product&also witness the PMI in growth.15 years after,a new advance successor imported to further the service to customer,today is the day to say good-bye to it,with great appreciation.

　　澳美检测中心自2013年通过CNAS认证以来，一直按ISO17025来运行管理体系并提供公平客观的检测服务。透过体系要求的内审与外审，不断地进行自检和外检来提高体系运行质量。

　　Since laboratory been verified by CNAS since year 2013,it operating according to ISO 17025 for its management standard to provide the fair measurement service.By conducting the audit internally&externally,the management system gets improve via continuous audit from internal&external.

　　为了保证检测中心结果的准确性，今年检测中心参与了5次金属材料与热加工效果的能力验证（测量审核），检测中心与外部检测实验室专家的检测结果一致性进行了比对，均取得了满意的结果。

　　To ensure the accuracy of the work conduct,The laboratory has been conduct 5 times metallurgical&heat treatment related measurement capability verification this year,the internal measurement result aligned with external reference laboratory through comparison,that obtained the impressive result.
